Below are a set of questions that we hope will answer any questions you may have as an artist or as a user. If you find you have a question that isn't below please feel free to email us using this email address:
How do I join?/How do I pay for my membership?
Go to the 'join' section and fill in your details followed by pressing 'send' at the bottom. We will then review your application and send you an email verifying our decision. We may say no if your work is extremely offensive. Should we say yes, you will receive an email letting you know that you have been successful. You will then need to pay your membership fee of £15 by either cheque, cash or through paypal. Once we have received this you will then receive via email your login details.
How do I pay for artwork?
When you find a piece of artwork you wish to buy, just press on the 'buy now' button. This will take you to a page where you can make a payment via paypal. The payment process is very simple and requires either a paypal account or a credit card. Once the payment is made you will receive an email detailing the purchase.
As an artist how do I add/edit artwork on my profile? How do I change parts of my profile?
Go to the 'login' section on the navigation bar and you will be taken to a page where you can enter the login details you were sent when you first joined and paid your membership fee. A new navigation bar will appear below the first navigation bar giving you two options 'create artwork' and 'edit profile'.
'Create artwork' is a very simple form for you to fill in. Just fill it with the information you want to be on the site and then send. We will then review it and verify if we feel it is suitable.
'Edit Profile' is also a very simple form and basically the same form as the 'join' form that you first filled in. At the top is your profile and below you can make amendments on the form and see the changes above.
