Name: Andi Elliott
Biography: My arts education started in the early 90s at Harrogate College, moved on to, and completed at, Birmingham. I was involved in art practise and teaching for several years, then separated my creative interests from employment needs some 10 years ago. The central themes that continue, and are explored, in my work are inquiries into; location, displacement, dialogue, the subconscious, the creative process and the found. It is a practice that varies in intensity and in media. I am at home with assemblage and collage and am currently enjoying the additional fun of short filmmaking.
